Happy Wednesday TWIFfers!
March seems to be off to a lightning quick start for everyone I’m talking to. I hope that you’re all able to get out in our crazy weather and have a little fun. I rode the light rail for the first time on Sunday and got to enjoy Pike Place in the sunshine :)A little Beechers mac and cheese makes me reeeeeally happy.
Know who else has amazing mac and cheese? Pies and Pints. It’s gooey, creamy, extra cheeeeesy…mmm. Want some? Head there tomorrow to get your fill AND get in on a little Beard and Stache Fest action. Tomorrow from 8-11 the Beehive Jaugernauts will be performing live so you can come and grub, groove, and of course, booze! Everyone sporting facial hair (both real and faux!) receive specials at the bar. And of course, you’ll have the opportunity to check out some our amazing Beard and Stache Fest contestant cans and cast your vote for the handsomest hair! All donations go to benefit the Treehouse Organization, a fabulous nonprofit serving the needs of Washington’s foster care children.
I have to tell you that I’m REALLY excited for this weekend. I don’t know if you all can tell from my previous posts but I LOVE dogs. Especially mine :) This weekend isSeattle’s annual Kennel Club Dog Show and is going on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be lots of adorable doggies and lots of fun things for you and the friends and/or family to do. You can meet the breeds, watch agility trials, there’s even a Seattle Police Department K-9 meet and greet! Held both days from 8am-6pm at Century Link, tickets are available for $10 on site and well worth the cost. Please please please if you go, send me some pictures of your favorite poochies at firstname.lastname@example.org!
