Fremont Oktoberfest is coming up fast, and the event needs volunteers like YOU (and your friends) to pour beer and promote the awesome atmosphere that makes this event great.
WHAT: Fremont Oktoberfest is Seattle’s Fall Tradition in the “Center of the Universe,” Fremont. It’s known as one of the best places to toast Oktoberfest in the world, and will feature over 80 different microbrews and German beers.
As a volunteer, you’ll be the most important and beloved person at a beer festival—the beer pourer (just remember to tip that mug)!
WHERE: Fremont! More specifically, the event is held in Fremont between Phinney Ave North and 1st Ave North West and North 35th Street and North Canal Street, with the entrance located at the intersection of Phinney Ave North and North 35th Street. For directions, click here.
WHEN: The shift is on Saturday, September 20 from 2:30pm to 7:15pm.
WHY: Fremont Oktoberfest benefits the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, supporting local schools, art groups, community events, and promoting Fremont as the “Center of the Universe.”
And as reward for your beer-pouring labors, you’ll get 7 tasting tokens, a t-shirt and admission to the event after your shift!
HOW: Register to volunteer with us. Then you’ll get an email with further details. Prost!
