Mission: To empower people living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS and/or other chronic conditions to lead healthier lives. 

Lifelong was formed in 2001 through the merger of Chicken Soup Brigade and Northwest AIDS Foundation. Lifelong has remained a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS and continues to be a champion of healthy lives for all.
